Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Proposal project task management To support on live and identified Proposal projects, including Identifying and starting Proposal projects alongside a pipeline of future requirements Setting up the collaboration folder structure as well as the RFP Automation response project Alongside the Proposal Manager, engagement of project contributors including issuing standard job aids Alongside Proposal Management, to ensure that standard Proposal process items (references, legal/financial requests and others) are carried out in a timely and effective manner. Alongside Proposal or Bid Mgt, scheduling of Proposal or Opportunity milestone and checkin calls (including PAB and review checks) Ensuring submitted proposals are logged in the correct auditable folder and updating CRM stages and information where needed To support proposal deconstruction back into the RFP Automation platform at submission, as well as supporting Win:Loss information recycling Alongside Knowledge Management, to complete simple information requests (RFIs, Questionnnaires, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner Mentoring, leadership and management (senior only) To mentor junior team members (or oversee mentoring) to ensure that support is available as needed. To embed a culture of professional development within the team, aligned with Global Bid Team and market best practice standards To support the Manager of Proposal Operations in setting clear, achievable and challenging goals within the bid and opportunity operations function. Budget, reporting and improvement To support regular reporting on key effectiveness items including Win:Loss rates and reasons, deal velocity, compliance metrics, volume metrics, attainment to annual goals, revenue and potentials for improvement within the process. To support development and delivery of training, both inside the Global Bid Management team and out to external stakeholders To develop a culture of knowledge recycling, embedding Win:Loss, competitive and landscape information into both the pre- and post-bid processes. To maintain a process library describing core bid and opportunity process documentation. To take part in the wider Sales Operations and Strada business improvement catalogue as needed. Stakeholder management To maintain a portfolio of stakeholder engagement channels to ensure that knowledge content is effectively identified and ingested, and that Proposal Projects are identified and enabled efficiently.
