We are looking for our new Field Activation Manager, based in Los Angeles area, who is in charge of all brand and sales activities related of the Montenegro Portfolio for our main accounts in Los Angeles Area. They will be working deep in touch with the main stakeholders of the channel, creating a strong and personal relationship with them. Responsabilities: Responsible for achieving depletion targets in the assigned territory for constant and proper brand building activities Analyse sales trends for assigned brands (both sell-in and sell-out data) They will develop strong relationship with the strategic outlet owner/bartenders in order to best apply and develop trade marketing guidelines. Manages annual plan by tracking spend on a monthly basis to ensure spend does not exceed budget. Follow standard policies, procedures and schedules established by management up The person is able to evaluate business opportunities, helping management to identify and develop areas of opportunity for the sales team mainly on hte On Trade channel Open to work during evening and night hours and willing to work in a very dynamic contest.
