Join us as an Elastic Stack Engineer and take ownership of enterprise-grade observability platforms. In this role, you will design, develop and optimize solutions that ensure reliable log ingestion, advanced search capabilities, insightful visualizations, and effective alerting across distributed environments. You will play a key role in building and evolving Kibana dashboards, working with large-scale Elasticsearch environments, and continuously improving system performance, scalability, and data integrity. Your responsibilities Maintain and enhance the Elastic Stack ecosystem (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats, APM), ensuring platform stability, scalability, and high availability Design and optimize Elasticsearch architecture, including index mappings, templates and lifecycle management (ILM), with a focus on performance and data efficiency Develop advanced Kibana dashboards, visualizations and reports that translate business and technical requirements into actionable insights Write and optimize queries using Kibana Query Language (EQL) and Elasticsearch DSL to support complex analytics and troubleshooting scenarios Build, maintain and improve data ingestion pipelines using Logstash and Beats, ensuring efficient and reliable data flow Work with Apache Kafka to support log streaming, including topic configuration, monitoring and issue resolution Monitor and tune ingestion pipelines and dashboard performance to ensure responsiveness and scalability Deploy and maintain applications in Kubernetes and virtual machine environments, supporting modern cloud-native architectures Use tools such as Jenkins and Helm to support CI/CD processes and automate deployments Perform platform upgrades, patching, troubleshooting and provide technical support to users and stakeholders Participate in evaluating new Elastic Stack features and versions, proactively identifying opportunities for improvements Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices across the platform What we’re looking for: Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack components (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats) and strong practical knowledge of observability platforms Proven experience in building Kibana dashboards and working with advanced queries (EQL / Elasticsearch DSL) Solid understanding of index management (ILM, snapshots, optimization) and experience working with logging or monitoring pipelines Experience with scripting or programming (e.g. Python, Bash or similar), enabling automation and problem-solving in complex environments Familiarity with modern platforms and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Helm or Apache Kafka will be considered a strong advantage Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in distributed systems Proactive, self-driven approach and readiness to take ownership of tasks and platform improvements Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in international, cross-functional teams Strong communication skills, enabling effective cooperation with technical and non-technical stakeholders What’s in it for you?
