What The Work Actually Looks Like Every morning you start with a pipeline full of women who already want what we offer. Your job is to have real, human conversations with them. To understand where they are, what's holding them back, and to help them take the step they're already leaning toward. This is high volume phone sales on a proven process that works. The ability to connect quickly, listen properly, and guide a woman from interested to committed (or turn them away if the timing is wrong) without her ever feeling sold to. Compensation

Base: £14,000-16,000 per year (paid in ZAR equivalent) On‑target earnings (OTE): £35,000–£45,000 per year once fully ramped
