Sales Specialist
Overview
Interad is an established digital agency with over 30 years of experience crafting top-tier web and mobile solutions. We are looking for an ambitious, driven Sales Specialist to help scale our Business Card Websites product line. This specific offering is designed to provide businesses and entrepreneurs with an impactful, high-converting single-page digital footprint. As a member of the team, you will learn the ropes of digital service sales under the direct guidance of our Business Director. Armed with our proprietary, in-house lead generation tools, you will identify prospective clients, introduce them to Interad’s web services, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Utilize Interad's in-house tools and databases to identify, target, and pitch potential clients who need an upgraded digital presence. Product Focus: Master the value proposition of our Business Card Websites to confidently guide small businesses and entrepreneurs through the benefits of a sleek, high-performing landing page. Pipeline Management: Guide leads through the sales cycle from initial cold/warm outreach to a signed contract. Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Business Director to refine sales scripts, target key demographics, and hit performance goals. Compensation & Commission Structure We offer a tiered structure designed to reward high performers directly and frequently. Base Salary: $48,000 annualized (Paid bi-monthly) Monthly Commission Structure: 3% commission on monthly unit sales of 1 to 8 units. 6% commission on monthly unit sales from 9 to 16 units. 9% commission on monthly unit sales exceeding 16 units. 12% Milestone Bonus: Earn a flat 12% commission on any single project closed above $60,000. Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Entry-level. A background in retail sales, customer service, or a recent graduate looking to break into Tech/Digital Agency sales is ideal. Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You aren’t afraid of a phone call or cold email outreach. Tech-Savvy: Fast learner who can quickly adapt to using internal CRM/lead generation software and understand foundational web design concepts. Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment. Probationary Period: 3 months.
