Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities: Provide outsourced accounting and financial management support to healthcare clients, acting as an extension of the client’s internal finance team Execute core accounting functions including month-end close, financial statement preparation, and ongoing financial reporting Compile, reconcile, and analyze financial data to support audits, cost reporting, and regulatory requirements Partner with client leadership to address financial and operational challenges, contributing to informed decision-making Deliver high-quality financial insights and reports, including materials for executive leadership and board-level presentations as needed Adapt to a variety of client environments by quickly learning new accounting systems, workflows, and healthcare-specific technologies Identify opportunities to enhance client operations through process improvements, problem solving, and expanded service support Collaborate with cross-functional and international team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables Support knowledge transfer and task delegation by training junior or offshore team members on repeatable processes and workflows Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Finance or related field considered Minimum of 3+ years of progressive accounting or financial experience Healthcare industry experience preferred, particularly within hospitals or related care settings Strong foundation in core accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities Ability to analyze financial data and support audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements Proven adaptability in learning new systems, tools, and client environments, with strong problem-solving and communication skills Alaina Lister, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process. The estimated base pay range for this role is $60,000 to $81,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
