*This is a remote position, with an Eastern Time Zone preference. Title21 Health Solutions is a leading provider of innovative healthcare IT solutions, dedicated to improving patient care and streamlining operations for healthcare organizations worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources and Administration to lead the human resources and administrative function across domestic and international operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, knowledge of global HR practices, and experience managing employment matters both inside and outside of the U.S. The position will also oversee key administrative services and operations. This role is an individual contributor and will sit on the executive leadership team for Title21.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals. Lead and manage all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations. Partner with our PEO provider to manage and execute payroll and benefits administration. Manage 401k administration including all reporting. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and culture initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices in all operating countries. Oversee international HR operations, including visa coordination (if needed), and cross-border employment matters. Manage employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. International HR Management Coordinate HR policies and procedures across multiple countries and regions. Partner with regional leaders to support international workforce needs and ensure alignment with local legal requirements and cultural considerations. Manage relationships with international payroll providers, legal advisors, and HR consultants. Support international expansion efforts, including workforce setup, compliance, and talent acquisition. Administration and Operations Oversee administrative operations, facilities management, vendor relationships, and office services. Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Manage corporate insurance renewals, licenses, and administrative contracts. Coordinate company events, internal communications, and employee programs. Develop operational processes and administrative controls that improve efficiency and scalability. Oversee travel policies and office budgeting where applicable. Ensure confidentiality and security of personnel and company records. Lead business continuity and workplace safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including international HR experience. Strong knowledge of global employment laws, HR compliance, and international labor practices. Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and cultures. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Experience with HRIS systems and global payroll platforms. Preferred Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Strong change management and organizational development experience. Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Experience with International Employer of Record arrangements Experience supporting remote or hybrid workforces. Familiarity with healthcare compliance environments and regulated industries. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or private equity-backed growth organizations. Understanding of technical and product-focused organizational structures.
