In this role, you will participate in and organize marketing activities for the accomplishment of proposal production, public relations/advertising and marketing/sales objectives of the business unit. The primary skills and capabilities required to execute this position are collaborative teamwork, avid learning and strong communication. Job Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating the production and design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals and other marketing assignments: Review RFP/RFQ and client’s needs Compose an outline of criteria/responsibilities Identify assignments and monitor deadlines Coordinate proposal content Edit content Assist in designing/editing various marketing/business development documents (i.e., digital and print assets). Assist in researching, organizing and preparing analytics/reports. Support public relations, advertising and other outside events (i.e. tradeshows) as required. Update internal group database of project descriptions, resumes, subconsultants, contacts, standard content, etc. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field) 0-3 years of related experience. Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
