Website: www.belkin.com What you’ll do As Key Account Manager within the Iberia region, you will be responsible for managing multiple major accounts to achieve efficient and profitable sales. This role will support in managing and expanding our presence in the retail sector across Spain, Portugal, Greece and Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Consumer Electronics sales and a strong understanding of traditional retail, B2B, and eCommerce dynamics. As market leader, our success is built on long term relationships across our retail and distribution partners. Candidates must have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. How you’ll do it Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with key retail accounts across the Iberia region Drive growth through strategic planning, forecasting and best-in-class execution Identify opportunities for sales growth and execute plans to increase sales and market share across key product categories Monitor account performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and drive towards overachievement of KPIs Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the relevant market within the Iberia region Collaborate with Planning teams to optimise inventory levels, avoiding shortages and ensuring efficient order fulfilment Highly analytical approach to account management using all data points available to identify new opportunities and proactively identify risks Monitor and report on consumer trends within the electronics category, identifying new market opportunities and areas for product development or expansion Prepare regular and thorough sales reporting and forecasts based on data, customer insight and industry knowledge Work closely within the broader sales team, as well as marketing, business unit, and operations teams to align market strategies and improve product listings, advertising effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with entire sales team including channel support to ensure best practices and information are shared to maximise results and achieve goals Travel to trade shows and customer sites regularly, delivering compelling sales and product presentations Be passionate about product; understand and champion Belkin products and categories. What you’ll need Fluent in Spanish, strong English verbal and written communication skills is desirable Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to take the initiative in personal growth and development Interest in the tech and consumer electronics industry Ability to travel locally and internationally (when required) Other languages such as Portuguese and Catalan will be considered an asset.
