* Do you speak multiple languages and love the travel industry? We are looking for people who speak Croatian to join our top travel team in Athens. Your job will be to help customers and fix travel issues. We offer a great moving package and the chance to work 100% from home anywhere in Greece after your initial training. Your Impact: Helping People Travel Smoothly You will represent a major global travel company. Your main job is to make sure travelers have a great experience by solving tricky booking issues and giving excellent service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Bilingual Help: Give high-quality advice to Croatian-speaking guests and our international hotel partners. Managing Bookings: Take care of reservations from start to finish, including special itinerary changes and urgent cancellations. Solving Disagreements: Act as a helpful middleman to resolve arguments about hotel stays, travel plans, or money questions. Computer Work: Use our main customer database system to keep all information correct and up to date. Representing the Company: Speak to customers in a polite, kind, and professional way that makes our brand look great. THE IDEAL PROFILE: LOGICAL & KIND We are looking for active professionals who are good with technology and have great people skills. Language Skills: Native or near-native Croatian, plus good professional English (B2 level or higher). Problem Solver: Someone who listens with care and finds smart, fast solutions to customer problems. Good with Computers: Comfortable using different software programs and digital tools at the same time. No Experience Needed: You do not need to have worked in travel before. We give you full, paid training to learn the job. Work Hours: Ready to work 40 hours a week on a rotating shift schedule. THE MOVING PACKAGE & WORKING FROM HOME We help you move to Greece without any stress: Paid Travel: The company organizes and pays for your flight to Athens. Free Housing: We pay for a hotel room for your first 3 months to help you get settled comfortably. Paperwork Help: We help you get your local Greek Tax ID (AFM), Social Security number (AMKA), and open a local bank account. Work from Home: After your first 90 days of training in Athens, you can work 100% remotely from any location in Greece.
