Your Mission: Payment Solutions Expert In this role, you do more than just answer questions. You act as a brand helper, giving expert advice in the fast-moving world of online finance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Multi-Channel Support: Give fast, high-quality answers to customers through phone calls, e-mails, and live chat. Smart Problem-Solving: Handle difficult questions about account security, payment setups, and detailed transaction histories. Tech Guidance: Help users learn how to use the payment platform and mobile app with clear, expert advice. Financial Accuracy: Handle sensitive issues—like refunds, billing mistakes, and fraud prevention—with total honesty and care. Record Keeping: Keep accurate notes on all customer cases and send important financial files to the right specialized teams. Staying Updated: Keep up with the latest platform updates and international banking rules. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: INDEPENDENT & PRECISE We want high-performing professionals who can manage their own home office while meeting top service standards. Language Skills: Native or near-native Dutch (C1 level), plus professional English (B2 level) for talking with your team. Location & Papers: You must live in Portugal (or be ready to move there) and have the legal right to work in the EU.
