We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing remote team as Customer Care Travel Specialists. In this role, you'll serve as a valuable resource for clients planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and other travel experiences. You'll help coordinate details, provide ongoing support, and ensure travelers feel informed and confident throughout their planning journey. No travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, industry resources, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel-related questions and vacation planning requests Learn about travelers' interests, goals, and preferred experiences Research destinations, accommodations, cruise options, transportation, and activities Help facilitate travel arrangements and reservation coordination Review booking information and assist with travel documentation organization Communicate updates regarding itineraries, confirmations, and travel plans Provide support when clients need adjustments or additional assistance Maintain accurate customer records and planning notes Stay current on supplier offerings, destination updates, and travel promotions Participate in virtual learning sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Comfortable managing responsibilities independently Ability to navigate online systems and computer applications Reliable internet service and professional work habits Positive attitude with a customer-first approach Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Must be 18 years of age or older Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved hiring regions
