Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of tutoring or teaching experience at the high school level Strong knowledge of high school biology curriculum including cell biology, genetics, ecology, and evolution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to explain complex scientific concepts in accessible ways Experience with online tutoring platforms and virtual classroom technologies Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup Flexible schedule to accommodate student availability including evenings and weekends
