Number of Openings: 1 Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in managing high-volume invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor relationships? We’re looking for a Home-Based Accounts Payable Specialist to join our DCX team. In this role, you will oversee accounts payable operations across multiple clients, manage invoice workflows, support month-end close activities, and ensure compliance with financial controls and accounting procedures. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a solid accounting background, and the ability to process large volumes of financial transactions accurately in a deadline-driven environment. Accounting Knowledge & Compliance Focused: Strong understanding of accounting regulations, accounts payable procedures, reconciliation, and internal controls. WHAT YOU WILL DO Process a high volume of vendor invoices (hundreds per week) using 3-way matching across multiple client accounts. Reconcile the AP ledger and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies. Support month-end close activities, ensuring all invoices are processed and accounts are reconciled on time. Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies throughout the AP cycle. Experience managing hundreds of invoices per week Familiarity with ERP systems or similar accounting platforms Demonstrated ability to meet recurring deadlines, particularly during month-end close Background in AP reconciliation across multiple entities or clients With the ever-changing technology of A.I., other duties may be assigned, added a,nd/or removed. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of Accounts Payable experience. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online Proficient in Excel (filters, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and general ledger functions.
