To efficiently manage Technology End User Services to achieve enhanced End user experience in end point solutions. Responsibility includes managing a team of IT support professionals, supervisors/team leads (Field Engineers) and Enterprise Desktop management and responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering assigned projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
