With more than 10 recognitions from our partners, we continue to lead in our markets. 🏆 Role Overview This role is hands-on and delivery-focused—you will own solution design, configuration, and client engagement across the full implementation lifecycle. You will work within a squad-based model (PM + Functional Consultants), supporting multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality, on-time delivery. You will serve as a trusted advisor and solution lead, ensuring that NetSuite is implemented in alignment with industry best practices and the client’s operational realities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional delivery across all implementation phases: Engage → Drive → Enable → Convert → Optimize Conduct discovery & requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and system walkthroughs Configure NetSuite across Financials, P2P, O2C, and Inventory workflows Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions aligned to best practices Partner with Project Managers on scope, timelines, deliverables, and change control (PCRs) Support data migration (mapping, templates, validation, test loads) Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live readiness Deliver system walkthroughs and training sessions Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations Identify risks early and provide proactive recommendations Implementation Focus Multi-location and franchise business models POS integrations (Toast, Square, NCR) High-volume transaction environments and daily sales reconciliation Inventory across locations and centralized purchasing Cash management and store-level financial visibility Labor cost tracking and operational reporting Vendor procurement and supply chain workflows Integration with delivery platforms and external systems Required Skills & Competencies Strong NetSuite configuration experience Expertise in ERP processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) Experience leading workshops and solution design sessions Ownership of solution design documentation (SDD) Experience driving UAT and go-live readiness Understanding of data migration strategies Ability to balance best practices with business needs Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Desired Experience 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience Restaurant, hospitality, or franchise industry experience POS and high-volume system integration experience Exposure to SuiteBilling, Advanced Inventory, Revenue Management Familiarity with Celigo, Boomi, or similar platforms Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience NetSuite certifications preferred (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) Travel Requirements Up to 50% travel may be required depending on client needs What Makes This Role Compelling Lead full-cycle implementations Work on complex, multi-entity environments High visibility and direct client impact Influence solution design and delivery approach Growth path to Solution Architect or Delivery Leadership Apply To This Job
