Fullstack Developer - SOL-1463
This is a remote position. The Role: We're searching for a driven and talented full-stack developer to join our founding team. You'll be instrumental in building our core applications from the ground up. Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development: Take ownership of feature development across the entire stack using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React. Collaboration: Partner with a small, highly skilled team of offshore developers, providing guidance and ensuring top-notch code quality. Problem Solving: Tackle technical challenges head-on and find innovative solutions. Communication: Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical team members.
Requirements
Experience: +5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally with some exposure to the fintech industry. (70% backend, 30% frontend). Technical Skills: Java backend: Strong proficiency in Java with experience using Spring Boot and Hibernate. React.js frontend: Proven experience building modern front-end applications with React. Databases: Experience with SQL databases. API Design: Understanding RESTful API principles. Advanced written and spoken English fluency is a MUST (C1 or C2). Nice to have: Python: Proficient in Python, including data structures (lists, dictionaries), control flow, functions, object-oriented programming, and data manipulation using data frames with libraries like Pandas. AI/ML: Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience integrating AI capabilities. Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms, testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito), and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity.
