Job Description
Job Summary Provides Nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by overseeing operational functions related to providing title services to customers. Job ResponsibilitiesManages and leads teams who perform a wide range of duties related to title operations, provide support to branches to clear title, and focuses on customers Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups such as Examining and Underwriting to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met Provides leadership to managers, supervisors and/or individual contributors Accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities Decisions are guided by resource availability and Stewart objectives Applies knowledge of key business drivers and the factors that maximize department performance Guided by functional or regional business plans, impacts the department results by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies Identifies and solves complex, operational and organizational problems leveraging resources within or outside the department Persuades managers and leaders to take action and/or negotiates with external partners/vendors/customers Manages multiple related teams, sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan EducationBachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred ExperienceTypically requires 8+ years of related work experience Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Stewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
