FUNNELISH WEB DEVELOPER (DIRECT RESPONSE) at IncubatorLab Remote – Worldwide Incubator Lab is looking for a talented Funnelish Web Developer to join our growing team! Role Objective As a Funnelish Web Developer at IncubatorLab.ai, you will be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing high-converting landing pages and sales funnels designed to drive customer acquisition across our portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. This role sits at the intersection of development, conversion optimization, and marketing execution. We're looking for someone who understands how direct-response funnels work and can translate copy, creative, and strategy into seamless customer experiences that convert.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain landing pages, advertorials, and sales funnels in Funnelish Implement conversion-focused page layouts based on copy and creative briefs Create and optimize images, graphics, and GIFs that support messaging and improve conversion rates Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-device functionality Implement and QA tracking across funnels Configure:Meta Pixel Google Tag Manager (GTM) Google Analytics (GA4) Conversion Tracking Event Tracking Collaborate with copywriters, creative strategists, media buyers, and growth teams Troubleshoot funnel, tracking, and technical issues Support ongoing testing and optimization initiatives Maintain funnel performance, speed, and user experience

Requirements

We Are Looking For 2+ years of experience building landing pages and sales funnels Hands-on experience with Funnelish Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused funnel design Experience implementing:Meta Pixel Google Tag Manager (GTM) GA4 Conversion tracking Experience working with DTC, eCommerce, or supplement brands Ability to create or modify images, graphics, and GIFs for landing pages Strong understanding of customer journey and funnel optimization Working knowledge of:HTML CSS JavaScript Strong attention to detail and QA processes Strong English communication skills Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Supplement, wellness, health, nutraceutical, or beauty brands Direct-response marketing funnels Advertorial funnel builds A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) Shopify integrations Third-party tracking and attribution platforms Working alongside media buying teams Working Hours Async-First We are a global, remote team. We care more about output and results than fixed working hours. We do ask for a few hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) each day to support collaboration, project updates, and team communication. Tracking & Analytics Examples of tracking setups including Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, event tracking, or conversion tracking implementations. Optimization Mindset If possible, share examples where you improved conversion rates, user experience, page performance, or tracking accuracy.
