Job Description

Create/Maintain Customer/Vendors/Materials within our Corporate ERP systems. Moving towards end to end process governance

• Ensure master data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Implement and enforce data governance policies and standards.
• Monitor data quality metrics and initiate corrective actions for data inconsistencies or errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve data processes.
• Oversee the creation, updating, and validation of master data records.
• Manage master data lifecycle, including data creation, modification, deletion, and archival.
• Handle escalations related to master data discrepancies or conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational data management requirements.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements in data management workflows.
• Implement best practices and automation opportunities to improve efficiency
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to senior management.
• Generate regular reports on data quality, team performance, and operational metrics.
• Maintain documentation related to data standards, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding master data issues and resolutions.
• Work closely with IT, operations, finance, and other departments to align master data needs.
• Support audits and compliance checks related to master data.
• Act as a point of contact for master data-related queries and issues.
