Key Responsibilities

Technical Implementation & Account Management

  • Oversee end‑to‑end account setup on the arenaflex platform, ensuring data integrity, correct configuration, and seamless onboarding for new publisher partners.
  • Coordinate and guarantee on‑time execution of technical integrations, from API connections to header‑bidding wrappers, while maintaining a high standard of service excellence throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, and Engineering—to craft customized implementation roadmaps that align with each client’s unique business objectives.
  • Maintain and regularly update multiple support and tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk) to provide real‑time visibility into project status, issue resolution, and client communication.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for both Publisher and Demand‑side clients encountering integration challenges, data discrepancies, brand‑safety concerns, or performance anomalies.
  • Produce, analyze, and interpret performance reports that surface competitive insights, revenue opportunities, and optimization recommendations for our publisher base.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive higher returns for end‑customers, ensuring that technical solutions translate into measurable business value.
  • Provide dedicated operational support to EMEA‑based accounts, acting as a regional champion for publisher success.

Data‑Driven Insight & Optimization

  • Leverage complex data sets to monitor performance trends, identify outliers, and diagnose root causes of integration or delivery issues.
  • Utilize Excel (including macros), MS Access, SQL, and other database tools to build dashboards, automate reporting, and streamline data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Apply knowledge of header bidding, oRTB protocols, RTB/PMP, and ad network dynamics to recommend best‑practice configurations and strategic enhancements.

Continuous Learning & Process Improvement

  • Stay abreast of emerging ad‑tech capabilities, industry standards, and regulatory changes to ensure arenaflex’s implementation processes remain cutting‑edge.
  • Document and refine standard operating procedures, test new publisher integrations, and contribute to the creation of scalable playbooks for broader adoption.
  • Mentor junior team members and share expertise across the EMEA operations team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university or institute.
  • Demonstrated experience in programmatic advertising ecosystems, with a solid grasp of header bidding, oRTB, RTB/PMP, and ad‑network operations.
  • Hands‑on exposure to multiple SSPs, custom Prebid wrappers, and a variety of ad formats and platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macro development), MS Access, and familiarity with MS Project, SQL, or comparable database tools.
  • Proven ability to work with large, complex data sets to uncover performance trends, diagnose anomalies, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Experience with ad‑trafficking tools such as DFP (or equivalent) and a working knowledge of ad‑tech server environments.
  • Fundamental understanding of web technologies—HTML, JavaScript, web forms, and web servers—and comfort using debugging utilities like Fiddler or Firebug.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive, self‑motivated attitude suited to a small, high‑performing team.
  • Strong logical reasoning, problem‑solving, and analytical mindset, combined with a customer‑service orientation and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work the designated shift of 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (or equivalent EMEA time zones) to align with global partner schedules.

Preferred Qualifications & Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Previous experience collaborating with demand‑side platforms (DSPs) and understanding the full supply‑demand value chain.
  • Certification or formal training in project management (e.g., PMP) or data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Exposure to cloud‑based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment of integration code.
  • Fluency in additional languages spoken across the EMEA region (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Arabic) to enhance client communication.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or fully remote environment, demonstrating disciplined time management and virtual collaboration skills.
