Your Impact as a Senior Agency Customer Success Manager

In this high-visibility position, you'll serve as the primary relationship owner for a select group of agency activation partners who rely on arenaflex to power their social advertising initiatives. Your mission extends far beyond standard account management — you'll be their strategic confidant, their technical expert, and their advocate within our organization.   • Strategic Relationship Leadership: Build and nurture deep, trust-based partnerships with agency leadership and key stakeholders. You'll serve as their go-to advisor for all matters related to social advertising strategy, platform optimization, and performance improvement. Your goal is to become so integral to their success that they view arenaflex as an essential extension of their own team.
  • Platform Mastery & Technical Advisory: Develop and maintain expert-level proficiency in the arenaflex advertising platform and the broader digital advertising ecosystem. You'll leverage this knowledge to provide consultative guidance, troubleshoot complex challenges, share industry best practices, and help agencies maximize the ROI of their advertising investments across Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and other major platforms.
  • Growth Acceleration: Collaborate closely with Agency Sales to design and execute comprehensive development strategies that increase platform adoption, drive awareness of new features and capabilities, and identify expansion opportunities within your agency book of business. You'll be instrumental in converting existing relationships into larger revenue streams.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Work seamlessly across multiple internal functions — including Agency Sales, Agency Onboarding, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering — to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives. You'll drive alignment on resource allocation, project timelines, and strategic priorities that benefit both agencies and arenaflex.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Partner with our Onboarding teams to refine training procedures, develop comprehensive educational programs, and ensure agency teams are fully equipped to leverage arenaflex's full capabilities. You'll create scalable enablement resources that transform new users into platform power users.
  • Educational Program Development: Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and ongoing educational content that empowers agency teams to achieve mastery of arenaflex solutions. You'll establish yourself as a thought leader whose guidance is eagerly sought by agency partners.
  • Platform Partnership Management: Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key platform partners including Meta, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google. These partnerships are essential to delivering integrated solutions that give our agency clients a competitive edge.
  • Voice of the Customer: Serve as the authoritative advocate for agency needs and insights within arenaflex's Product and Engineering teams. Your feedback will directly shape our product roadmap, ensuring we continuously evolve to meet the real-world needs of the agencies we serve.
  • Organizational Building: Contribute actively to building a world-class Agency Customer Success organization. This includes developing knowledge libraries, documenting best practices, optimizing existing processes, and championing initiatives that enhance our team's effectiveness and competitive differentiation.

Who We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing role within the advertising, marketing technology, or digital media industry
  • Advanced knowledge of social advertising platforms and ecosystems, including hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google advertising products
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and translate data insights into actionable recommendations
  • A track record of owning and growing a book of business, with evidence of achieving retention and expansion targets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with performance metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
