A typical day for one of our drivers starts at our terminal in Liverpool, NY, where you'll begin your shift refreshed and ready to tackle the road ahead. Throughout your shift, you'll cover approximately 600 miles of diverse routes, executing drop and hook operations for our valued dedicated customers. Compensation and Benefits Package

• Total Weekly Compensation: Earn between $1,200 and $1,500 per week, depending on your experience and performance. That's $62,400 to $78,000 annually!

Core Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing comprehensive inspections of your vehicle, equipment, and cargo before, during, and after each trip to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized cab and work area that reflects your professionalism and pride in your work
• Being reliably available for all scheduled shifts and assignments to ensure we consistently meet our customers' pickup and delivery commitments
• Accurately completing and submitting all customer paperwork, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports, in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a driver's log in full compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies, ensuring we always operate above reproach
• Engaging professionally with customers at each stop, building strong relationships, and representing arenaflex as an ambassador of our values and service standards
• Operating your equipment with care and efficiency, treating our trucks and trailers as if they were your own

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL License: You must hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license without the following restrictions:
  • No (E) restriction – must be able to drive vehicles with manual transmissions
  • No (L) or (Z) restrictions – must be qualified to operate vehicles with air brakes
  • No (O) restriction – must be authorized to drive semi-trailers
  • No (K) restriction – must have interstate driving privileges
• Experience: A minimum of 12 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience is required. We need experienced professionals who can hit the ground running and handle any situation the road throws their way.
• Clean Driving Record: A solid safety history is essential. You'll be representing our company on every mile you drive.
• DOT Medical Certification: Must maintain current DOT medical card and meet all physical requirements for the role.
• Professional Attitude: We're looking for team players who communicate well, show up on time, and take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, But Valued):

• Previous experience with dry van or drop-and-hook operations
