Role Overview

As a Customer Happiness Intern at arenaflex, you will be the frontline champion for our authors and publishing professionals. You’ll work closely with a tight‑knit team of eight, using a blend of analytical thinking, empathetic communication, and creative problem‑solving to ensure every user feels heard, supported, and motivated to continue their publishing journey with us.

This role is full‑time for a six‑month period, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. You will gain hands‑on experience with customer support tools, email and in‑app messaging platforms, and data analytics that drive product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Support: Respond to author and professional inquiries via email, chat, and community forums with clear, concise, and friendly communication. Ensure each interaction reflects arenaflex’s commitment to excellence.
  • Project Review & Quality Assurance: Evaluate submitted projects for completeness, compliance with platform guidelines, and overall quality. Offer constructive feedback that helps users refine their submissions.
  • Design and Execute Customer Funnels: Craft compelling email campaigns and in‑app messages that reactivate dormant users, introduce new features, and guide authors through key milestones on the platform.
  • Maintain & Enrich the Knowledge Base: Continuously update the FAQ and help centre articles based on emerging user questions, feedback, and product updates.
  • Advocate for Product Enhancements: Gather, synthesize, and present user feedback to the product team, recommending new features or improvements that will boost satisfaction and conversion.
  • Drive NPS Excellence: Contribute to maintaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86+ by proactively identifying pain points and delivering timely solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work hand‑in‑hand with product managers, designers, marketing specialists, and engineers to align support initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Data‑Driven Insight Generation: Track support metrics, funnel performance, and user sentiment to produce actionable reports for senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate findings into practical actions.
  • Strong teamwork skills, especially in a remote setting—clear written communication and proactive collaboration are a must.
  • Exceptional writing ability: flawless grammar, spelling, and tone that resonates with a global audience.
  • Native‑level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Availability to commit to a full‑time schedule for a minimum of six months.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus, though not required; a genuine enthusiasm for helping others is essential.
