Key Responsibilities

Global AB Advisory Board Strategy Development

  • Partner with the Director of Customer Marketing to craft a scalable, cross‑regional strategy for AB advisory boards across the US, UK, and ANZ markets.
  • Design standardized frameworks, selection criteria, onboarding processes, and engagement models that can be adapted locally without sacrificing global consistency.
  • Develop programming concepts that deliver tangible value to board members while extracting deep strategic insights for arenaflex.
  • Define clear metrics, reporting structures, and dashboards to demonstrate the business impact of advisory board activities.
  • Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions across regions, ensuring best‑practice exchange and continuous improvement.

Regional Advisory Board Execution (AB & SB)

  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of advisory board members in the UK, including selection, onboarding, and ongoing engagement for AB, SB, and relevant enterprise segments.
  • Design and facilitate compelling workshops that surface actionable insights while providing participants with immediate, relevant takeaways.
  • Build deep, trust‑based relationships with board members, understanding their business challenges to tailor discussions and recommendations.

  • Own active Slack (or equivalent) channels for Customer Advisory Board (CAB) members, ensuring consistent, high‑value interaction between formal meetings.
  • Craft a content calendar for community channels that maintains member interest, encourages peer‑to‑peer dialogue, and showcases exclusive insights.
  • Support the planning and delivery of flagship advisory events, including side events at major conferences such as arenaflex Connect.
  • Produce timely, relevant content—whitepapers, mini‑reports, video snippets—that provides exclusive value to CAB members.
  • Establish clear communication cadences, protocols, and escalation paths to keep members informed and engaged.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, proactively address participation dips, and re‑ignite conversation when needed.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
