- OCR Validation: Review and validate Optical Character Recognition (OCR) data in the Validation Queue, correcting any discrepancies to maintain a flawless data set.
- Queue Management: Monitor multiple inbound queues within the arenaflex CRM, responding to online inquiries and internal correspondence promptly.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and clients at a basic level to gather required information, confirm receipt of requests, and communicate completion status.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Quality Control, Client Services, and the Operations Support Supervisor to resolve complex data entry or email‑to‑case issues.
- Coding Accuracy: Apply correct internal codes when entering data, ensuring consistency across all records and facilitating downstream reporting.
