The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager – Strategic Accounts to join arenaflex’s remote US team. In this role you will own the retention and expansion of our strategic customer portfolio, acting as the trusted advisor who ensures each client realizes the full value of arenaflex’s solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to shape the roadmap, mitigate risk, and uncover growth opportunities that translate into increased lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for a curated set of high‑value accounts, developing deep relationships with key stakeholders and understanding their business objectives.
  • Renewal Management: Lead the end‑to‑end renewal process, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and executive alignment, achieving a renewal rate that exceeds industry benchmarks.
  • Growth & Expansion: Identify and execute expansion opportunities—upsells, cross‑sells, and add‑ons—by aligning arenaflex’s product roadmap with customer needs.
  • Customer Health Monitoring: Implement a proactive health‑score framework that combines tech‑touch data (usage analytics, product adoption metrics) with personal‑touch outreach (quarterly business reviews, executive check‑ins).
  • Risk Mitigation: Detect early warning signs of churn, coordinate cross‑functional response plans, and resolve issues before they impact the customer relationship.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture and synthesize customer feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams.
  • Data‑Driven Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of interactions, outcomes, and strategic plans within CRM tools, ensuring visibility for internal stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of managing strategic or enterprise‑level accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high renewal rates and drive revenue expansion within a technology‑focused environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar tools; experience with high‑volume outreach platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to senior executives.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting usage data, health scores, and financial metrics to inform strategy.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of thriving in a remote, fast‑paced setting.
