Job Description

Uphold Delta Airlines standards of service and quality. Requirements 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Previous customer service experience, preferably in an airline or travel industry. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly. 5. Proficient in using computers and various software applications. 6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
