Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to confidentiality regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance counseling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in mental health counseling, particularly with veterans or special populations, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability and productivity.
