- Role Responsibilities
- Oversee office infrastructure including facilities, logistics, and vendor management.
- Coordinate setup and maintenance of onsite IT systems, networks, and AV equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships including sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Handle security systems, access control, and onsite operational protocols.
- Enable seamless hybrid collaboration through optimized conference and AV setups.
- Manage logistics including deliveries, inventory, and supply chain operations.
- Support operational continuity through incident response and preparedness planning.
- Requirements
- Strong experience in office operations, facilities, or logistics management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical understanding of IT setup, networks, and troubleshooting basics.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple systems.
- Experience with vendor management and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with security systems and hybrid workplace environments.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote setup with occasional onsite coordination.
