Event Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager (Contractor) to support enterprise-level third-party event operations, marketing operations infrastructure, and systems management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Event Operations, Project Management Frameworks, CRM Systems, Data Tracking, Workflow Automation, and MarTech Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize scalable Operational Frameworks for third-party event programs
- Create tracking templates, Master Project Plans, DACI Frameworks, Accountability Matrices, and Communication Roadmaps
- Manage operational tracking for Event Budgets, Contracts, Vendor Management, and Compliance Workflows
- Develop detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for marketing and sales enablement
- Partner with Marketing Operations teams to build Lead Capture Workflows and CRM Routing Processes
- Establish Data Tracking Frameworks and reporting systems to ensure Salesforce Data Integrity
- Serve as the System Administrator and operational lead for Salesforce, Asana, Drupal, and Event Management Tools
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Operational Alignment between marketing, sales, and event stakeholders
- Build scalable Logistics and Infrastructure Processes to support Tier 1 sponsorships and enterprise event programs
