This is a fully remote role, allowing the chef to manage and innovate from anywhere, overseeing the culinary vision and team remotely. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing a world-class culinary program that defines the guest experience. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and innovation. Your role will involve menu development, cost control, inventory management, and maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative and seasonally relevant menus that align with the brand's luxury positioning. Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage food and labor costs effectively to achieve financial targets, including inventory control, procurement, and waste reduction. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all kitchen functions. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP). Collaborate with restaurant management, event planning teams, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of dining experiences. Maintain relationships with high-quality suppliers and source the finest ingredients. Stay abreast of culinary trends, techniques, and best practices globally. Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development planning for kitchen staff. Qualifications: Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-end, fine-dining establishments or luxury hotels. Culinary degree from a reputable institution or equivalent extensive experience. Demonstrated mastery of diverse culinary techniques and international cuisines. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team remotely. Exceptional understanding of kitchen operations, including menu engineering, cost control, and inventory management. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Creativity and passion for culinary arts, with a commitment to excellence. Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with relevant technology for remote team management and communication.
