Virtual Podcast Guest Booking Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Podcast Guest Booking Specialist to help our clients secure guest appearances on relevant, top-ranked podcasts. Our company manages multiple clients and requires someone who can efficiently fulfill podcast show packages. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with podcast hosts and producers and/or strong research and outreach skills to establish new connections. You should be confident in pitching clients effectively and securing confirmed bookings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leverage podcast relationships or conduct targeted research to identify shows that align with our clients' goals. - Conduct outreach to podcast hosts and producers to pitch clients. - Secure confirmed podcast bookings that meet our agency's established criteria (to be discussed during the interview). - Collaborate with our internal team, who will handle post-booking follow-ups and logistics. COMPENSATION / PAYMENT STRUCTURE: This is a performance-based role, where you will be paid per confirmed podcast booking (not per pitch). Weekly milestone-based payments via Upwork, based on the number of confirmed bookings for that week. WHO SHOULD APPLY? - You have existing relationships with podcast hosts or experience building connections within the podcasting space. - You are comfortable with outreach and pitching clients to podcast hosts. - You are results-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation. - You have strong communication skills and can tailor pitches to fit various podcast formats and hosts. - You are organized and proactive, able to track progress and manage outreach efforts efficiently.
