Lead IT Associate Project Manager
Lead IT Associate Project Manager 100% Remote 12 Month Contract (Potential to extend) $78.57/hr W2 For this contractor assignment, the resource will support M&A integration efforts by working with the Integration Management Office (IMO) and cross-functional teams. This role focuses on organizing work, tracking progress, and helping develop integration of playbooks and materials. The Associate PM helps turn complex information into clear, actionable outputs to support leadership decisions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support coordination across integration workstreams
- Help develop and update playbooks, templates, and plans
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation
- Support meeting preparation, notes, and follow-ups
- Summarize information into clear updates for stakeholders
Required skills:
- Basic project management knowledge
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to summarize and structure information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfort with tools like Excel, Teams, or SharePoint
Preferred skills and experiences:
- Experience with M&A or integration work
- Exposure to PMO or IMO environments
- Experience creating templates or playbooks
- Ability to create executive summaries or presentations
- AI & Digital Skills
- Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to summarize meetings and documents
- Use AI to draft updates, reports, and playbook content
- Review AI outputs for accuracy and completeness
- Look for ways to improve efficiency using AI
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in leading or facilitating projects in an application development, infrastructure, process, or similar areas is required. - {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Project Management) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in leadership or in leading or facilitating projects in an application development, infrastructure, process, or similar areas.
