Construction Contracts Administrator — Long-Term, Full-Time (Australian Builder) - Contract to Hire

Now we're hiring one outstanding Contracts Administrator. This isn't a quick gig - it's a long-term seat on a team doing the best work in the trade, on projects you'll be proud to put your name to for years. What you'll do: - Prepare and track progress claims, variations and RFIs - Maintain variation registers, contracts and project documentation - Cost tracking and budget reconciliation - Procurement support - raising and tracking purchase orders and subcontractor packages - Document control - drawings, revisions and consultant coordination - Keep registers, trackers and reporting accurate and up to date - Liaise with project managers and subcontractors What we need: - Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in construction (residential or commercial) - Experience working with Australian builders, or to Australian construction standards - A strong grasp of progress claims, variations, RFIs and contract administration - Proficient in Procore, and confident with spreadsheets - Estimating experience - A relevant qualification in construction, quantity surveying or a related field - Excellent written English and clear communication - Highly organised and accurate - getting the detail right matters here - Able to work hours that overlap Australian Eastern time How the role works: - Full-time, long-term and ongoing, not a one-off project - Working hours that overlap Australian Eastern time.
