Brand Copywriter

Job Description: We’re looking for a Brand Copywriter to join our North America Brand Marketing team as a key creative partner. This role will help define and elevate how Momcozy shows up across our most important touchpoints—from flagship campaigns and always-on programs to real-world experiences like events, summits, and exhibits. You’ll be responsible for translating brand strategy into clear, emotionally resonant, and high-performing messaging—ensuring our voice is consistent, differentiated, and grounded in the real experiences of motherhood. At Momcozy, we’re not just creating products, we’re building a new standard of support for mothers. This is an opportunity to shape how that support is expressed—at scale, across channels, and in the moments that matter most. What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end copy development, from concept through final execution.
• Partner with the North America Brand Marketing Lead and creative teams to shape campaign narratives.
• Own copy development across channels where applicable, including campaign platforms and landing pages, paid media (social, display, video scripts), organic social and community storytelling, email, and product and website copy.
• Develop messaging for offline events and activations, including brand events, consumer activations, industry summits, and professional conferences.
• Ensure message consistency and alignment across the full ecosystem—from performance marketing and brand storytelling to in-person experiences.
• Translate consumer insights, cultural signals, and clinical credibility into clear, compelling narratives.
• Adapt voice and messaging for both consumer audiences and professional/clinical stakeholders.
• Provide thoughtful feedback on copy direction to internal and external partners.
• Maintain a high bar for craft, clarity, and consistency across all outputs.

What We’re Looking For

• 4-7 years of experience in brand copywriting (DTC, lifestyle, maternity/baby, or women's health strongly preferred)
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative leadership, multi-channel execution, and a strong instinct for narrative development.
• Experience balancing brand storytelling with performance-driven outcomes
• Ability to operate with ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Comfort writing for both emotional resonance and professional credibility
• A point of view—on storytelling, on motherhood, and on what makes the work land with our audiences.
