Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain trusted‑advisor status with C‑suite stakeholders—including CIO, CTO, CSO, CFO, CHRO, and business line leaders—across assigned HCLS accounts.
  • Value Methodology Expertise: Become an expert in arenaflex’s value methodology, conducting quarterly business value reviews that highlight ROI, cost savings, and strategic impact.
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Partner with customers to understand their long‑term goals, co‑create roadmaps aligned with arenaflex product adoption, and drive execution of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Co‑Delivery Model Execution: Design and implement winning co‑delivery models that blend arenaflex professional services with customer resources, accelerating time‑to‑value.
  • Business Value Realization: Define, benchmark, and communicate business value metrics, ensuring customers see tangible outcomes from every arenaflex investment.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem partners to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Implementation Strategy & Readiness: Develop implementation strategies, governance frameworks, and readiness processes that streamline deployment and maximize adoption.
  • Operating Model Governance: Create and refine operating model governance structures that support sustainable program management and continuous improvement.
  • Account Advocacy: Champion arenaflex best practices within accounts, advocating for innovative approaches and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction Excellence: Deliver high CSAT scores, consistently exceeding performance targets for assigned accounts.

Essential Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in professional services, management consulting, or solution consulting, with a focus on digital, technology, and organizational transformation.
  • Proven track record of success in Fortune 100–1000 accounts, particularly within the healthcare, life sciences, payer, or provider sectors.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation design, implementation, and governance, especially in complex, regulated environments.
  • Experience as an arenaflex platform owner or program lead, overseeing large‑scale arenaflex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain executive relationships with senior technology and business leaders.
  • 5+ years of experience managing multi‑track, enterprise‑wide programs (including organizational change management).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging AI‑driven insights to optimize work processes and decision‑making.
  • Knowledge of multiple arenaflex product suites is highly preferred.
  • Background in healthcare or life sciences industry, with familiarity of regulatory constraints and patient‑centric outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Prior experience at a top‑tier consulting firm (e.g., the “Big Four”) or a leading healthcare organization.
  • Hands‑on expertise in AI integration, workflow automation, and data‑driven decision support.
  • Certification in arenaflex solutions, project management (PMP, PRINCE2), or industry‑specific frameworks (e.g., HIMSS, HL7).
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating technical concepts into business value narratives.
  • Proficiency in developing governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to customer sites, partner events, and arenaflex conferences.
