Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Skills Strategy & AI‑Enabled Customer Success Manager, you will be the strategic advisor and primary point of contact for our enterprise‑level customers. You will blend deep expertise in skills strategy, AI enablement, and program leadership to help organizations accelerate their workforce transformation journeys. From onboarding to sustained adoption, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of value, ensuring that our clients realize tangible ROI from arenaflex’s skills intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory & AI‑Enabled Program Design

  • Serve as the trusted Skills Strategist for Fortune 500 customers, guiding C‑suite executives on workforce transformation, AI readiness, and skills‑first talent models.
  • Leverage arenaflex’s AI capabilities to co‑design custom skills assessments, learning pathways, and transformation programs that align with business priorities—whether organization‑wide, AI & Data focused, or functional (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance).
  • Deliver data‑driven, AI‑powered recommendations that translate skills insights into concrete business outcomes such as increased productivity, faster reskilling, and enhanced agility.

Deployment Leadership

  • Own the full lifecycle of customer value delivery—including implementation, launch, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Lead cross‑functional internal teams (Integrations, Support, Product, Marketing) and client stakeholders to ensure on‑time, high‑impact deployments.
  • Track and analyze deployment success through engagement, satisfaction, adoption, and outcome metrics; use insights to drive continuous improvement and program optimization.
  • Champion sustained engagement through targeted interventions, change‑management strategies, and iterative program enhancements.

Executive Engagement & Growth

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C‑suite leaders and senior program sponsors.
  • Deliver strategic updates and quarterly business reviews that inspire action, reinforce the value of arenaflex’s AI‑powered platform, and provide transparent reporting on adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and ROI.
  • Partner closely with the Sales organization to identify expansion opportunities, position new capabilities, and drive account growth.

Internal Leadership & Advocacy

  • Act as a customer advocate within arenaflex, influencing product innovation and roadmap based on real‑world usage and feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of internal playbooks, best‑practice guides, and scalable delivery models that elevate the entire Customer Success organization.
  • Mentor peers and junior team members on consultative, AI‑enabled success practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Human Capital Transformation, or related advisory roles, preferably with exposure to large‑scale enterprise clients.
  • Proven project‑management expertise—coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing complex initiatives, and delivering structured execution that ensures customer value realization.
  • Exceptional data‑driven communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and translate technical insights into strategic business language.
  • Native or fluent English proficiency.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning, especially in the realm of AI tools and emerging talent technologies.
  • Resilience, grit, and adaptability—comfort operating confidently through ambiguity and challenging customer situations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 % of the time to support on‑site engagements, workshops, and executive briefings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology with client‑facing experience.
  • Experience thriving in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
  • Track record of success in Strategic Customer Success or Account Management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex enterprise accounts (annual contract value $100 K+).
  • Familiarity with workforce analytics, predictive modeling, or AI‑driven decision‑support systems.
