Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be the trusted liaison between our verification platform and the customers who rely on it daily. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough data reviews from multiple sources, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy for each transaction record.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies, missing fields, or erroneous entries.
  • Perform an average of 35 outbound verification calls per day to confirm business information, contact details, and transaction specifics.
  • Adhere to established data‑entry protocols, maintaining a sub‑1% error rate while meeting daily volume targets.
  • Deliver responsive, high‑quality support to customers using arenaflex’s verification products, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Document every customer interaction in our CRM, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Essential Qualifications
