You will partner with product executives, analytics leaders, and growth teams to translate raw usage data into strategic recommendations that boost activation, retention, and conversion. While prior Customer Success experience is a plus, it is not required—we provide comprehensive training on our proven Customer Success playbooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers’ Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to define strategic objectives, set measurable goals, and execute data‑driven plans that move core product metrics.
- Advise senior stakeholders (C‑level product leaders, VPs of Product, Heads of Analytics) on leveraging arenaflex to inform roadmap decisions, experiment design, and feature prioritization.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and deep‑dive analytics workshops that showcase impact, surface new opportunities, and reinforce the value of evidence‑based product development.
- Translate product usage signals—such as event streams, cohort health, and funnel performance—into clear, actionable recommendations that improve user activation, retention, and conversion.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Services teams to channel customer feedback into product enhancements, adoption initiatives, and roadmap priorities.
- Develop and codify best‑practice playbooks, templates, and frameworks that enable customers to scale data‑driven product development across their organizations.
- Maintain a pulse on emerging trends in product analytics, experimentation, and AI‑driven insights to continuously enrich arenaflex’s value proposition.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Product Analytics roles within SaaS or digital‑first environments.
- Hands‑on expertise with product analytics tools (e.g., arenaflex, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Heap) to guide strategy and decision‑making.
- Demonstrated ability to drive core product metrics—activation, retention, conversion—through analytics‑informed prioritization and rapid experimentation.
- Track record of aligning roadmap bets to a clear KPI hierarchy and rigorously measuring impact against business outcomes.
- Fluent business Spanish (required) to effectively communicate with Spanish‑speaking stakeholders.
- Strong technical acumen: comfortable discussing events, properties, cohorts, basic A/B testing, and implementation considerations; quick to learn new tools and collaborate with engineering and data teams.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to distill complex analyses into concise, executive‑level recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working directly with Customer Success teams or in client‑facing advisory roles.
- Familiarity with modern AI/LLM models, ability to identify pragmatic product use cases, and awareness of data privacy and responsible AI practices.
- Comfort experimenting with AI model APIs and defining success metrics for AI‑enabled features.
- Experience delivering presentations to C‑suite audiences and influencing strategic product decisions.
