Position Overview

The Customer Care Advisor plays a pivotal role in the customer journey, acting as the first point of contact for prospective homeowners and industry partners interested in sustainable financing solutions. You will initiate the sales process, cultivate and manage prospect lists, and generate qualified leads that are handed off to the dedicated sales team for further engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct outbound and inbound calls, emails, and chats to identify potential customers, assess their needs, and qualify leads according to arenaflex’s criteria.
  • Customer Education: Serve as a subject‑matter expert, explaining arenaflex’s financing options, product portfolio, and the benefits of renewable energy solutions in clear, jargon‑free language.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust with prospects by listening actively, demonstrating empathy, and providing personalized recommendations that align with their financial goals and sustainability aspirations.
  • Cross‑Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional arenaflex products—such as battery storage, energy‑efficient HVAC, or window upgrades—that complement the customer’s primary interest.
  • Documentation & CRM Management: Accurately record every interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity, timely follow‑up, and seamless handoff to the sales team.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns with diplomacy, employing problem‑solving skills to achieve satisfactory outcomes while maintaining a positive brand experience.
  • Escalation & Collaboration: Escalate complex issues to management or specialized teams when necessary, providing clear context and recommended next steps.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably within the renewable‑energy or home‑improvement sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts in an approachable manner, both verbally and in writing.
