Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President, Customer Success to lead the launch, adoption, and expansion of our platform for enterprise‑level clients worldwide. This senior leadership role blends strategic account management, technical enablement, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in high‑growth environments, possesses deep insight into procurement operations, and can influence senior stakeholders across Fortune 500 organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Launch: Direct the end‑to‑end onboarding of new enterprise customers, including executive account management, strategic positioning, value‑proposition articulation, technical coordination, training, and communication planning.
  • Relationship Building: Identify and nurture key contacts—SMEs, power users, and executive sponsors—to create a robust network that drives platform adoption and long‑term loyalty.
  • Issue Resolution & Technical Support: Oversee resolution of client or supplier technical challenges, ensuring swift remediation and continuous improvement of the product experience.
  • Data‑Driven Growth: Leverage analytics and KPI monitoring to increase platform usage, expand revenue, and provide actionable insights to both customers and internal teams.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with client leadership, presenting performance metrics, adoption trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Develop accurate client‑level projections, track progress against targets, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed growth goals.
  • Expansion Opportunities: Identify and execute upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities, turning satisfied users into advocates for broader adoption.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Capture customer insights and collaborate with product development to shape roadmap enhancements that address market needs.
  • Process & Policy Development: Create and refine policies, procedures, and best practices that optimize the customer experience and support scalable growth.
  • Infrastructure & Scaling: Build the operational infrastructure and ways of working required to sustain rapid expansion across multiple regions.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales organization to provide strategic input, assist with complex deals, and ensure seamless handoff from prospect to success.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior‑level experience in procurement, procurement operations, or procurement transformation within large enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with Fortune 500 companies, delivering measurable outcomes in retention and expansion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire confidence at C‑suite levels.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities; capable of crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and innovative mindset—continually seeking new contacts, opportunities, and approaches to grow arenaflex’s business.
  • Fluency in Italian is a plus, though not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Purchasing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement platforms and financial systems (e.g., arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex).
  • Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working with large data sets to derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable customer success processes in high‑growth SaaS environments.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency with productivity suites—expert use of arenaflex and arenaflex for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Deep understanding of customer service best practices and the ability to translate them into operational excellence.
  • Technical aptitude with a quick learning curve for new software platforms and SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable, payment processing, and related financial workflows.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track engagement, pipeline, and outcomes.
