Role Overview

As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst at arenaflex, you will be a pivotal bridge between our retail partners and internal supply chain teams. You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey—from onboarding new retail accounts to ensuring flawless order execution and inventory health. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management & Processing: Execute, monitor, and reconcile retail orders for U.S. businesses using NetSuite, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Customer Onboarding & Launch Execution: Lead the onboarding experience for new retail partners, coordinating launch timelines, documentation, and cross‑functional alignment to guarantee a seamless market entry.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Partner with the Customer Supply Chain (CSC) manager to design, maintain, and continuously improve customer scorecards that capture key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical business metrics. Present insights to internal stakeholders on a regular cadence, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor customer inventory levels and weeks‑of‑stock (WOS) metrics. Work closely with Supply and Demand Planning teams to understand ordering patterns, forecast demand, and proactively address potential stock‑outs or excess inventory.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between sales, planning, operations, logistics, finance, and external retail partners. Align supply chain processes, support in‑store activations, and resolve operational issues swiftly.
  • Account Insight Development: Deeply understand each key account’s unique needs, seasonal cycles, and promotional calendars. Craft tailored solutions that enhance partner satisfaction and drive mutual growth.
  • Retail Innovation & Consumer Insight Integration: Leverage consumer insights to develop innovative retailer solutions—such as customized merchandising, promotional bundles, and planogram optimizations—that meet shared objectives.
  • Demand Planning Support: Feed accurate, customer‑derived data into demand planning and sales forecasting processes, enabling smooth execution of new product launches, planogram changes, and sales activations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, propose automation opportunities, and champion best‑practice initiatives that elevate the overall supply chain performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 0–2 years of hands‑on experience in supply chain, logistics, or CPG operations, preferably within a fast‑growing consumer brand.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and industry dynamics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data visualization).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Proven organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities in a high‑velocity environment.
  • Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial attitude with a “get‑it‑done” mentality.
  • Comfortable working in a fluid schedule—this role is not confined to a strict 9‑to‑5 routine.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to retail sites and customer locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems for order management and financial reconciliation.
  • Exposure to demand planning, sales forecasting, or inventory optimization tools.
  • Background in retail analytics, shopper insights, or category management.
  • Familiarity with KPI development, scorecard design, and executive‑level reporting.
  • Previous experience working in a startup or hyper‑growth environment where adaptability is essential.
