- Implement rigorous software validation, automated testing, code review, documentation, and production monitoring processes to guarantee high‑quality, reliable, and supportable solutions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, architecture, and operations teams on platform management, cloud migrations, and continuous improvement of our hybrid‑cloud environment.

- Advanced proficiency in modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS) and back‑end languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Deep understanding of hybrid‑cloud and cloud‑native architectures, including microservices, containerization, and security mechanisms using Azure services (Azure Key Vault, App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service) or comparable platforms.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployment processes.
- Proven track record of collecting, quantifying, and communicating engineering quality and efficiency metrics.
- Solid experience working within Agile frameworks—backlog grooming, sprint planning, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement.
