Role Overview – Customer Engagement Consultant (Remote – South Africa)

In the arenaflex Batch Services team, you will be the primary liaison between our high‑value customers and the internal product, sales, and technology groups. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of batch credit data solutions, ensuring that every implementation meets rigorous quality standards, regulatory requirements, and, most importantly, delivers measurable business value for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Delivery Ownership: Lead the full lifecycle of batch data projects—from initial customer engagement and requirements gathering, through solution design, configuration, validation, and final fulfillment.
  • Strategic Advisory: Build trusted, long‑term relationships with high‑value customers, acting as a strategic advisor who understands their business objectives and translates them into data‑centric outcomes.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Financial Services, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering data‑centric solutions, conducting business analysis, product management, or software development—preferably within a regulated or compliance‑heavy environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and validate complex data solutions that meet rigorous business and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in interpreting large datasets, extracting insights, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Hands‑on experience converting business requirements into executable configurations and collaborating effectively with technical development teams.
