Position Overview

The Chat Support Representative at arenaflex serves as the first point of contact for families and community members who reach out via live chat, website messaging, and other digital channels. This role blends exceptional written communication with genuine empathy, allowing you to provide accurate information about funeral and cremation options while honoring the emotional sensitivities of each conversation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of funeral directors, grief counselors, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless, supportive experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to inbound chat inquiries across multiple platforms, maintaining an average response time of under two minutes.

  • Document every chat interaction accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring that all relevant details are captured for future reference.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to keep online FAQs, knowledge bases, and scripted responses up‑to‑date.
