Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Dynamics 365 & Customer Engagement Architect within arenaflex’s Catalyst team, you will be at the heart of our professional services practice. You will design, develop, and optimize enterprise‑wide deployments of arenaflex’s flagship ERP and CRM platforms, guiding clients through complex migration journeys and ensuring that their digital ecosystems are future‑ready. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end architecture, design, and implementation of arenaflex Customer Engagement solutions for global clients.
  • Drive migration and modernization projects from legacy systems to arenaflex Finance & Operations (F&O) cloud environments, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including business analysts, solution designers, developers, and quality engineers—to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, architecture diagrams, and process instructions that serve as reference assets for both internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices for ERP system architecture, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
  • Conduct technical and functional training sessions, knowledge‑transfer workshops, and mentorship programs for junior architects and developers.
  • Partner with client leadership to articulate technical concepts in clear, business‑focused language, fostering trust and collaborative decision‑making.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes that could impact arenaflex solutions, and proactively recommend enhancements.
  • Participate in pre‑sales activities, including solution demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and proposal development, to showcase arenaflex’s capabilities.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing, implementing, and supporting arenaflex (formerly Dynamics 365) Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading large‑scale migration projects from on‑premise or legacy ERP systems to arenaflex cloud platforms.
  • Deep functional knowledge of arenaflex modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Omnichannel, and Finance.
  • Strong background in ERP integration, including experience connecting arenaflex to third‑party applications, data warehouses, and legacy systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation, architecture blueprints, and process guides.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience delivering training, workshops, and knowledge‑transfer sessions to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Certifications in arenaflex (e.g., arenaflex Certified Solution Architect, arenaflex Certified Functional Consultant).
  • Experience with arenaflex version control and development tools such as arenaflex (formerly Azure DevOps) and arenaflex (formerly GitHub).
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Background in data analytics, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms that complement arenaflex solutions.
  • Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment, especially within large, matrixed organizations.
