Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Response Management: Reply to inbound messages from ad campaigns within one business day, aiming for a sub‑hour response time during weekday business hours.
  • Inbox Organization: Categorize and tag incoming conversations in the CRM inbox and tracker, assigning accurate status labels (e.g., New, In‑Progress, Follow‑Up, Closed).
  • Lead Nurturing: Engage prospects through personalized follow‑ups, guiding them toward the client’s optimal conversion event (e.g., purchase, sign‑up, demo request).
  • Community Monitoring: Monitor comments on social posts, answer customer questions, and moderate discussions according to each client’s service package.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Create, update, and refine FAQs and response templates to reflect evolving client needs and industry best practices.
