Role Overview – Generative AI Solutions Builder

As a Generative AI Solutions Builder on the arenaflex Q Customer Success Team, you will be the technical catalyst that turns visionary AI concepts into production‑ready, secure, and scalable solutions. You will partner closely with Strategists, UX designers, sales engineers, and customer stakeholders to translate business challenges into robust AI architectures that leverage arenaflex Q, arenaflex Bedrock, and the broader arenaflex AI/ML ecosystem.

This role blends deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, requiring you to design end‑to‑end blueprints, guide data preparation, oversee model training, and champion best‑practice deployment strategies. You will also be a knowledge‑sharing champion, creating reusable frameworks and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect Enterprise‑Scale Generative AI Solutions: Design, prototype, and implement end‑to‑end AI workflows using arenaflex Q, arenaflex Bedrock, and related services such as arenaflex SageMaker, Data Lake, and analytics pipelines.
  • Performance & Cost Optimization: Develop strategies to maximize model inference speed, minimize latency, and control operational spend while maintaining high accuracy and reliability.
  • Reusable Framework Development: Build and maintain modular, version‑controlled AI solution templates, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code assets that can be leveraged across multiple customer engagements.
