- Prescription Intake: Receive electronic or faxed prescriptions from physician offices, extract essential information (patient name, DOB, drug name, strength, directions, refills, prescriber credentials), and forward clinical queries to the supervising pharmacist.
- Insurance Billing & Label Generation: Process insurance claims, generate medication labels, and ensure correct billing for both private and government payors, including Medicare DMEPOS documentation.
- Third‑Party Claims Adjudication: Review claim rejections, conduct timely follow‑up calls with providers and insurance representatives, and resolve discrepancies to secure reimbursement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to controlled substance dispensing rules, including monitoring MMEs, PDMP checks, and date‑of‑last‑fill requirements.
- Patient & Provider Outreach: Conduct outreach calls to patients, prescribers, and third‑party payors to clarify prescription details, obtain prior authorizations, and provide status updates.
- Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Support: Assist retail locations in gathering MTM data, ensuring accurate documentation for clinical reviews.

Essential Qualifications
